this post is about two things:
1-the need to take care of one’s self in the midst of trouble, pain, sorrow, stress, etc. if we don’t take care of ourselves, who will call on us? and what good can we be to those we serve?
and
2-be careful with the things that are important to you. if it’s someone you care about, tell them. be meaningful with your words and actions towards them...

hair and eyelashes
so i’ve seen these places advertising lately about eyelash extensions…?
like to permanently extend the eyelashes??? i have to say, though my eyelashes are short and curly and i wear mascara when i’m going out to a party….or whenever i put on makeup, for that matter
but the concept of extending eyelashes with actual extra hair, or plastic, seems a bit much to me
...

i could never say on my www.arinmaya.com blog (site under construction) that i look really good when i stretch in my mirror…especially with this type of boat-neck shirt on
i look like a dancer! (though three efforts at taking a self-portrait of my collarbone with my camera failed miserably - you could see my bra!)
thank God for built in cameras on computers!
